Playing Since: 2009
Experience Level: Just Startin'
Interests:
[Socializing] [Helping]
Occupation: Computer and Network Geek
Gender: Male
Age: 60
My Instruments:
Gold Tone Cripple Creek CC-50R, that I convert to an open back, clawhammer banjo. It's nuttin fancy, it's my first banjo, and I love it. I'm sure as I learn more and get a better ear I'll be looking for something better.
Born and raised in Western Massachusetts. By the grace of God only, I was allowed to survive my teenage years. Served the years in the US Navy, five of those stationed up in Keflavik Iceland. I highly recommend you visit there, it is just stunning. I am Husband of one and father of 4 (21, 19, 17, and 6). I fell in love with bluegrass only a few years ago or so fell in love with the banjo sound shortly after. I am involved in a lot of non-banjo activities, most of them related to Christian Ministry. I pay the bills by working in a local school district as the "Technology Guy".
