Can you put GADE tuning on a Gibson TB5 Mastertone

Looking for some advice. Ideally, I want fiddle tuning on my Gibson TB5 Mastertone- G,D, A E. Problem is the middle two strings are buzzing, so looks like I need different gauge  strings - or should I just put the original C, G, D and A back on (no buzzing).
