Torontonian by birth, but Southron at heart. I've been playing guitar for 13 years, and picked up a Deering Goodtime II last spring, but haven't much time to practice given my vigorous legal education. Got hooked on Bluegrass in the last couple of years (my favs are Jim & Jesse and the Virginia Boys) but was a regular at Toronto's Silver Dollar back in my undergraduate days at U of T. I reckon you either hate the twang of the banjo or it moves your soul like no other instrument.
