I used to have a 5 string, back in the 1960s. I’m 70 now, and want to get back into banjo playing.

So, do I want a tenor, or a 5 string? Should I get the $275 5 string Ibanez (good reviews) or the cheaper Jamison? Any suggestions about/ for a tenor?

i have a banjo-uke, a couple of ukes and a an 80s Alvarez acoustic guitar, all of which I play on a more-or-less daily basis.

Your advice gratefully requested......
