Raised on tobacco farm, public schooled, attended NC State & Pfeiffer College, worked the first thirty some years in the commercial fitness arena with Nautilus Inc., then and now working with awesome company that makes custom molded rubber parts of all kinds, shapes and elastomeric formularies. Like bluegrass, but love playing banjo to more venues of music than just bluegrass! The 5-string has played many roles in my lifetime; just an instrument to express myself in jams & on stage, later more as a security blanket with lineage after losing a parent, now as therapy...it calms me and secures my day's accomplishment while being abundantly blessed by God!
