I started playing clawhammer banjo the first week of 2017. I started with https://clawhammerbanjo.net/8steps/ and continued with https://clawhammerbanjo.net/the-brainjo-course/. I've also told the skating analogy (https://clawhammerbanjo.net/the-immutable-laws-of-brainjo-the-art-and-science-of-effective-practice-episode-4/) so many times, I'm beginning to think I thought of it! :) I'm now trying to build up my repertoire by learning songs/tunes by ear rather than tab.
