Hey all... I play acoustic guitar in a small 1920's era jazz band. Primarily one vocalist, upright bass, clarinet, violin... and me. I have a tenor banjo that I'd like to bring into the mix of things, but I am unsure of how to mic it without gaining a whole lot feedback. I'm a bit hesitant to buy a piezo style pickup due to the "quack" sound most guitars tend to exhibit when amplified with one. I'm thinking of a clip on. If I went that route I have a Fishman Loudbox Performer with a phantom power option... as well as phantom power options on my board. If I'm playing tenor banjo there will be no guitar in the mix. Any suggestions? Thanks - Art
