First post here!
I'd love to see some of your home made banjos, here is the one that I made...
The neck was going to be a walking stick, the bowl is a bowl I got from a second hand store, the flange was a aluminum bike rim( used the other half under the head),
the tail piece was a door hinge, and the head is tightened down with spokes from the same bike rim.
Add the hardware and fret board from a guitar found in the garbage and....
