Raised in Atlanta, lived in Chattanooga 4 yrs. starting my career. Been in MS since 1979. Played a lot until we moved to MS and couldn't find anyone to play with so have gotten pretty bad. Arthritis is hindering comeback. Married since 79 to a wonderful bride and we have two children (both grown and out).Retired in 2008. Have a custom 5-string with one of the old Bill Blaylock archtop tonerings from the 70s. Kyle K. Smith refurbished it a few years back added a Tony Pass Thin Skirt rim. It's a 5-string cannon that rings like a bell. I think there were only 100 of those bell-bronze tonerings made. Sadly, Kyle no longer builds nor does setups.
