I was taught Bluegrass Banjo by Neil Griffin of Charlotte N.C. when I was living and working in the U.S. in the 1980's. Many years experience as a performing musician (started on guitar in 1959) currently playing giutar in a Club band at weekends and teaching the banjo - beginers to advanced level. Just released my second book 'O'Carolan for 5 String Banjo - with CD. 20 great O'Carolan tunes arranged for 5 String and played nore for note on the accompanying CD. My first book - 'Christmas Carols For The 5 String Banjo' is also available available direct from me. This book includes my arrangements of 16 of the best loved Christmas Carols and they sure sound great on the 5 String! Book comes with CD.
