Did you know Bluegrass Festivals have their own etiquette? I did not, being a rookie! Out here you need to bring your own chair! Set it up in front of the stage and leave it, others may sit in it until you come to enjoy a band. It's really ok to tote your banjo around on a hand truck :) I though I would look odd, but every one had one! Bring a spare chair to join a jam too! I highly recomend two small festivals in NoCal...Susanville and Scott Valley /Etna. Both cozy, friendly, safe events. Both had camping right on the grounds :) Etna was sort of like Mayberry...too quaint! Any other tips I should know for the next ones? Feel free to share.....
