Well folks I have to say I am mighty inspired by our new banjo coach (instructor/teacher just isn't adequate!) His name is Sid Lewis. Thanks for the recommendation! He will be in Redding performing in Bluegrass Mass at Shasta college on the 14th of May. Google it on YouTube. I have a year in playing this time and seem to have become somewhat of an organizer for banjo players in Redding. There is currently nothing available for banjo players specifically up here.(Fiddle organizations up the wazoo, not to complain, just saying...lol) We recently made arrangements for a regular meeting place on Mondays from 4-6pm. Our little group is brandy new and I could use in put from folks that have been there, done that!
