I am a self taught musician. I started playing piano, and then took interest in banjo. I taught myself to play by listening to Flat, and Scruggs, and all of the bluegrass legends. After learning banjo, I started playing a variety of other instruments. I have played with The Bluegrass Express since 1996. In 2006, I was given the opportunity to play with James Monroe. I was blessed enough to play the Opry in 2006, which was a humbling experience. I also got to meet a lot of other bluegrass legends while in the circle.I also played 2 shows with Mac Wiseman, I eat, breathe, and sleep bluegrass.
