58 year old novice banjo player. Played guitar for many years (not very well). My uncle, Red Shade, died last year. He was a professional Tenor banjoist, played with Banjo Kings at Disney Land in Calif. Knew I loved Bluegrass and he left me his "garage built" 5 string. I have become obsessed. I wanna quit work and pick all day!
