Greetings Weymann people!

Although I primarily play clawhammer old time stuff, for several years I was part of a banjo quartet and got to play my inherited Weymann piccolo, which belonged to my dad when he was a college student in 1932. This little beast is not lightly built, but has some pretty hefty hardware. I tried posting some pictures but don't know how to do it in the group blogs.

Besides playing Victorian and Edwardian era music with it, this was the banjo that got me started on bluegrass and old time when I was in high school. My gateway drug!
