Just got my vintage 1981 JD Crowe Gold Star and it's a cannon! Never owned one before, but have wanted one for a long time. Finally found an opportunity and jumped at it!

I finally see what all the hype was about. I wasn't sure when I first heard about Gold Stars what the big deal was, and now I understand.

	Toshi Tsuchida says: 8/22/2017 8:05:29 AM mhammer, I'm compiling 81 Gold Star JD Crowe model serial # to know how many JD models were imported to US. I counted 19 but two of them are now in Europe. Several JD remained in Japan What is yours if you can. Thank you, Toshi
