Hi there everyone.

I have decided to make the big step and attend my 1st festival. I have booked a place for me and my small camper at the Coastline Bluegrass Festival.I am looking for advice on how best to enjoy the weekend. I wont be able to get down until early on Friday, so will be missing out on the EHU.

Does anyone know if the program has been decided yet? It would be good to know what happens, and when, over the 3 days.

	Buzzbomb says: 5/4/2015 9:48:26 AM If it follows the same pattern as last year, there'll be bands performing on Friday & Saturday nights and a mixture of Workshops, appalachian dance & Open Mic on Saturday afternoon. Sunday I think has workshop/masterclass' and then a concert by the Young Bluegrassers... I don't think you'll miss anything by arriving on the Friday, other than some of the informal jamming.
	alfiedog says: 5/4/2015 10:27:04 AM We arrived Thursday afternoon last year. If you want a Hook Up, you will have to turn up when the gate's open, as Hook up's cant be pre booked Andy.

Do you need to enrol for the workshops and do we know who is taking them? Also, is there food/drink nearby. Plus any other tips that might make life easier for a first timer. Thanks
	Buzzbomb says: 5/5/2015 5:20:10 AM You sign up for the workshops, & they're usually run by members of the bands - details will be around when you get there. I don't think they have any kind of limit. The "Upper Crust" do a wide selection of food onsite. The town is also only 5-10mins walk from the festival & has a number of restaurants / take-aways & supermarket etc.
