The Whitetop Mountain Band from Virginia USA are playing in the Square & Compass pub in Worth Matravers near Swanage, Dorset on 19th September. It's a Friday evening and it's free. I saw them there two years ago and they're brilliant. The pub is (IMHO) the best pub in the country.
They play old-time with banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin and slap bass and they really can play...
