Well finally, after many years of dreaming ,I took delivery of my new Saratoga Star Tenbrooks banjo ,with the Kruger tone ring fitted. I cannot believe the beauty of the tones this machine can produce, talking with my dear friend Bill Forster who is also the owner of this model, he tells me that even after two years he is still discovering new tonal structures with that ring. I cannot describe the wonderful tone and feel of this machine, but enjoying playing Jens Kruger tunes as I do, there could be no better banjo.
