i hope all the uk 5 banjo boys are going to durham hiefer again 14 15 and 16th cant get enough me, i would go every week end

	Banjowen says: 6/8/2013 3:10:15 AM I'm not to sure this time, I was a little disappointed with last weeks bash as there wasn't enough people playing outside even though it was decent weather,it seemed that the emphasis was the late jam in the pub and for me that's not what bluegrass festivals should be about,admittedIy we only arrived on the Saturday at 10 am but never saw anyone playing outside the pub all day long, yet on the night you couldn't move in the pub for people with banjos,guitars etc...It's only my opinion and I suppose some people enjoyed themselves, but for me bluegrass festivals should be more than a pub thing.

	alfiedog says: 6/8/2013 2:07:15 PM There were small groups playing, dotted about the site all day we were playing for most of the afternoon outside my caravan, with derek, gaz, and neil (rennie)joined us for a while. My head is still sunburnt. We will have to all join together next time.

	alfiedog says: 6/8/2013 3:33:21 PM I think the general opinion is it was a great weekend, and let's not forget the best part of 2 grand was raised for christie's. The highlight of the weekend for me was Sunday afternoon's concert with stu william's, and the jay walker's. That experience alone will stick with me forever.

	Banjowen says: 6/9/2013 1:36:43 AM I agree Eddie the most important part of the weekend was that it raised a lot of money for a great cause,... I'll keep my opinions to myself in future,... I'd just like to add that we had a top class meal in the pub on the Saturday and I'd highly recommend the food that they serve......consider my gob zipped from hereon.
