Hi to all,
I have recently joined this group. I do not have a model railway, I do like looking at Steam Powered Loco's - although in the UK today there aren't many left running on the Main Lines.
However, I am what you may call a member of what we in the UK call Permanent Way (Track Maintenance).
Most of our trains now are electric commuters, some a diesel freighters, but occasionally, and I am talking about summer only months (and then only once a week), we have the pleasure of watching a steam hauled Pullman.
I look forward to hearing from anyone, but especially if there are others within the UK. (Oh, how I would love to live and work in Canada).
