I won. Tested it and Randall hit a home run! After two days of playing with it on my banjo I am leaving iy on! I put my Purcell bridge on backup!
The hard maple really transfers the sound that I have greater vibrations in the neck and head! Real fine bridge....especially if ou won it!! It's not a Beech bridge but it's the right one for my 'jo with the Beech block rim and TN 20 combo. What a match. I am a little taken back as to the treble and louder sound it brought out while keeping the base un touched. Randall said he is making some of his own which will be similar to the tribute bridge.. I strongly encourage you all to try one out...and if the shoe fits-WEAR IT! It was a lot more fun playing my banjo with the enjoyable new sound.. After the Beech rim and tone ring upgrades I thot that THIS is what I was looking for, but, the sound is now more refined. Thanks Randall for the bridge and the labor you put into it. It is a winner!
