2016 Stephen Foster Old Time Music Weekend

Registration is now open for the Stephen Foster Old-Time Music Weekend, September 9-11 at The Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park White Springs, FL. Registration form and more information at

We have a truly terrific line-up for 2016: The Ozark Highballers featuring renowned banjoist Clarke Buehling, early stroke and finger-style minstrel banjo styles expert as well as clawhammer, fiddler Roy Pilgrim, Aviva Steigmeyer guitar and singing, and old time harmonica ace Seth Shumate. Fay Baird clawhammer banjo and singing, Celtic and Old-Time fiddle marvel Aisha Ivey, Florida State Fiddle and Banjo Champ Chuck Levy, and Florida Masters Nathan Stinnette.
We offer classes (two levels of fiddle and banjo, as well as guitar, singing, old time harmonica), concerts, workshops, one-on-one tutorials, jams, good fellowship, a little mayhem, with a high likelihood of fun.

Another fine Old Time Weekend put on by Jim and Chuck! World class instructors! Great food! And lots of good people (pretty much the usual gang of suspects with some new faces).
