Hi my name is Ralph I have only been playing since 2009 waited way to late to start but like they better late than never I have had two R&T one classic and a Terry Baucom booth were good banjo I still have the Terry Baucom I traded the classic to a Kel Kroydon NG KK 11 whitch is also a great banjo

	beach5stringer says: 2/16/2012 6:31:55 PM I see alot of "non-praise" about the Tennesse 20 tonering. I just changed the head from the stock 5star to a Remo weatherking and WOW what a difference. Tune the head just north of g#, keep the tailpiece low, use a fairly thin bridge and she pops to life! This is on a R&T Classic that is also for sale if anyone is interested.
	Chris Cooper says: 2/16/2012 9:17:44 PM I've set my "Sonny Osborne" model up quite similarly. I switched the head for a REMO, Huber head, which is slightly thicker than standard. I used a Snuffy Smith 3 bridge which is quite chunky, tail piece is just down far enough to hold the bridge in place firmly. Head is tuned to A which is a tension rating of 8kg/cm. The banjo has a BIG, wide open sound which I'm really pleased with plus it's damn loud!
