I'm thinking of removing the resonator & flange from my late 70s jug . I'm interested in learning to play clawhammer or frailling and it seems most people prefer an openback for this style. It looks to be easy to do , remove the resonator then remove one flange and reinstall J hooks
and do the other side. Is there anything I'm missing?
