Just bought a Baldwin/Ode 5-String from Goodwill in Chattanooga,Tn. Great condition but having trouble identifying details about it. Model Style C inlays, Kershner looking tailpiece, Snuffy Smith bridge and has a Lynn' Guitars sticker on rim where factory label may have been. I'm very happy with my purchase and thought someone might know more about this banjo.

Baldwin (only) - early (67-appx 70-71) Baldwin/Ode (both) early/mid 70's Ode (Only) - later 70's- 1980 Earlier Baldwins and Baldwin/Odes had serial numbers which would be stamped on the inside the rim. Paper labels were on the later "Ode" versions. Pictures would help - post them on your home page. Take it Easy ... MarK (Volcjak)
	35planar says: 6/22/2023 7:33:55 PM Gretsch bought ODE from Baldwin by '72, the Baldwin logo was gone. That's a great tailpiece on it, but the ODE tailpiece that originally came on this is the nickel plated, heavy cast brass one. They show up on BHO for $85 -$125.
	rbfour5 says: 6/22/2023 7:50:58 PM If you could post pictures and include inside the rim. It may have stamped serial number, if so that can help date the banjo compared to known serial numbers that have already been dated.
