Many of you may know Garland Lambert who passed away this weekend. Memorial service tomorrow.

STATESVILLE -- Rev. Garland Lee Lambert, 86, died January 29, 2011. Funeral Tuesday 7pm, Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home, with visitation following.

	JIMBO53 says: 2/16/2011 12:33:11 PM I've got his old LP with the Blue River Boys called "The Old,Old Man" released in 1976. Man, that is some fine pickin'. There are some you tubes of LW picking last year, and he looks and is playing really strong. Never had the pleasure to play with him, but every time we lose one of these "first generation" pickers.....very sad.
