Just wanted to say I NEEDED this DVD to learn more about capo ing, and finally ordered it, and am THRILLED at all the info included in it. The little tips Murphy gives about playing chords up and down the neck alone was worth the 29.95, BUT I got it through her end of summer half price sale. I'm so glad I ordered it, just like I have been with all the other DVD's I've gotten from her AND from Casey!! Love the custom lesson "How Great Thou Art" Casey! Can't wait to get the alternate version TODAY!!

I've just been learning Jim Mills arr. of How Great Thou Art it's slightly different to the Arr. Casey teaches. The hardest part is nailing those string bends. It takes some effort to bend the string using your index finger. So if you find your struggling to make the bend my advice would be to practice the bend in isolation. Kinda like a workout, ten press-ups, rest repeat the process. Do that for a week or two to build up your finger muscles and get more accurate at hitting the right note before you try playing the tune all the way through otherwise you'll get frustrated for sure that the tune falls apart when you try to play it. The rest of the tune is not that difficult so master the bends and you should nail this fairly quickly.
