Hi everyone. New to the group and been on the BHO a while. I'm playing a MM Cameron which was a step up from the Rover I started on. Been playing maybe 2-3 years and taking lessons for a year or so. I picked the Cameron on the good reviews here on the hangout and despite the loathing many members have for MM, I think it sounds good and my teacher thinks it's a good instrument.

	torpedo says: 5/14/2013 7:16:37 AM The majority of banjo pickers come down hard on Morgan Monroe banjos. I believe most of them want you to buy "their" brand for what ever reason. I know my MGB-2 sounds good and that is fine with me.
	Greg in VA says: 5/14/2013 2:33:36 PM I've been playing not quite 2 years and my MM Rocky Top is very nice, I've put several bridges on it and I'm swapping strings know looking for the magic set that gives me the sound I want. For the money I think the banjos are great.
	Drivel says: 5/31/2013 9:39:04 PM I have a Luxmore, it's basically a maple and gold Cameron. I'd like to try walnut. I have mine setup for maximum bell like sustain.
