I made a little research about Jingle Bells and I found that it was composed 1857. Here is a link to the notation: http://levysheetmusic.mse.jhu.edu/levy-cgi/datastream.cgi?id=062.044;type=pdf
I guess the tune must have been played by some players in the end of the 1850's and 1860's, and it would be interested to hear how it sounded. Is it anyone who dare to make an interpretation of how it may have sounded back then?
