Bridges

 Hi all. I Just got a second vega longneck.  Cause one is never enough!!     The second one came with a higher bridge.  Any ideas where I can find an original. Or something real close?    Is 1/2 in and thin on my first one and want ssame sound

Could you post a photo of your new banjo's bridge and your first banjo's bridge? There are so many bridges out there these days, it would be hard to suggest much without the photos. Are the two Vegas the same model long necks? Congrats on your new purchase.

If you know the height of the bridge you want and can't find a commercial one try contacting someone like Steve Davis or some of the other bridge builders. Lots of people on the Building and Set up Forum.

Thanks for your help. Not sure how to post pix not very techy
Both are same model. I also noticed that head is less tight on second one but not sure how to go about tightening witout going too far
