Yeah, it's a low-fidelity photo, but check out the head on Dave Guard's long neck. It looks to me like there are cam-type de-tuners in between the fourth and third strings and the first and second strings.

Am I wrong? It just looks curious to me.

It was advertised before and sold shortly after Dave Guard's death, by Mandolin Bros. The banjo on the left was discovered about 10 years ago, having been owned by a friend/employee (baby-sitter?)of the family for many decades.
