Welcome, one and all, to Long-Haired Pot-smoking Left-wing Hippies and/or Motorcycle Enthusiasts and the People Who Love Them!
I, for one, have not the damnedest idea what we are meant to do here. Some political action, one supposes, but it sounds like an awful lot of trouble. I've ever been much of a joiner myself and I am much awkward in social situations.
Pot helps. Or has tended to. As I age I get distracted by other things and keep forgetting to smoke. I'm half tempted to get a tattoo or something to keep it foremost in my mind.
It has been shown, at least to my satisfaction, that cannabis use is not wholly imcompatable with creative expression and the thorough enjoyment of music.
And chips.
I'll go on record as being well in favor of Liberal Democracy, Human Rights, Public Education, Free and Fair Elections, Social Justice, Equal Opportunity, and the Separation of Church and State. But if you ain't, that's cool, that's cool. Politics will kill your high.
You can get it back, never forget. The buds are a beautiful thing.
Every good member of Long-Haired Pot-Smoking Left-Wing Hippies and/or Motorcycle Enthusiasts and the People Who Love Them is too an Administrator of the Group.
What rights and reponsibilites this entails are yet unknown to me. Our rivals may exploit this privilege to wrest away control of the group and change its very nature.
We shall applaud their enthusiam an revel in our own martyrdom. And with sad patient smiles we'll reconcile ourselves and move on to other things.
There's a great big world out there, I know, and no shortage of things to do. Having friends just makes it that much better.
Peace.
