Hi all,
I''ve just joined this group and would like to tell you all somethings about myself.
I'm a 'dutchy' (living in The Netherlands that is) and started picking a banjo for about 6 months ago.
Before this challence I played guitar and bass and had never even seen a banjo (in real live) before. I Iearn a lot from BHO and you tube and thats very handy because there are very few banjerpickers over here.
Its all guitar and drums.( the poor sod's don't know what the're missing out off).
It's pretty crazy and confusing at first but I'm getting better everyday and will be a picker for the rest of my live thats for sure.
I've bought a second hand Goldstar 100FE a week ago and love heaps. Now it's only finding the right strings, head and maybe a bridge but it's sounding awesome as is allready.
I've cut my hair, don't own a bike (anymore) but I do like a little pot every now and them from the local 'Coffeeshop' ;) I like grass and bluegrass :D
