My finger picks and strap came in today (new player!) and while the finger picks are pretty straightforward (even if they'll take some getting used to!) the strap is what I have some questions about. My banjo is a lefty R.W. Jameson, and it was pretty inexpensive. It has strap...things built in to it, so you don't have to use the brackets. The rear one is fine, but the front one, for one, is really loose, it just spins around, is that normal? To match your movements? Also the front strap...thing is on the top side of the body, and I've read that you should attach the strap to the bottom side, going under the neck for support. Thoughts?
