bTonight about 7:00 I was just sitting around and I asked my wife "If she cared if I paid Arthur a visit" and she said "go for it" so I called Arthur and I asked if he was doing anything and "he said nope come on over!!!" So I took a short 30 minute drive and got to play a Feud and a Buckcreek and they were both crazy good!!!!! Of course the Fued was sold but he graciously let me pick it (and yes I'll get one someday soon it was gorgeous) but my budget was the Buckcreek and it was full of power we picked for a couple of hours while we just hung out and he was making a neck... What a great man and what a banjo!!!! He's making the best banjo out there! I love suporting a legend just down the road. Thanks again

I live on the West Coast and when my gold plated Celebrity was finished, I had to have Arthur send it to me when all I wanted to do was be there the minute is was done. As much to meet him as to get my new banjo. You are so lucky and I bet he really enjoyed your company as he worked. God bless.

It was like we knew each other forever and bless his heart he had to listen to me pick for two hours WHAT A SAINT!!!! 	PKM says: 8/14/2016 5:28:50 AM Breck, Barb is right !! If I lived 30 minutes away from Arthur, I'd have coffee with him every morning ! I've made the 5-1/2 hour drive twice, once to pick up my Custom Hatfield, and again just to visit. My wife thought I was nuts, but craftsmen & gentlemen like Arthur are a disappearing breed. Arthur inspires people as a person who is passionate about his craft, and a great human being. The banjos he makes are incredible and I think the best on Earth. Enjoy your Buck Creek, Cheers,
	breck says: 8/14/2016 7:25:18 AM I'm sure Arthur would love to coffee with ya!!! Your right craftsman like him are a dying breed and we actually discussed that last night. That feud I got to play was gorgeous I'm gonna hint to my wife I know what I want for anniversary and christmas my birthday for the rest of my life!!!!!! Hahaha it was a cool banjo I was glad I got to see one before I ordered one.... Thank you for responding the buck creek is killer and for the money I just can't see anything coming close!!!! There was two buck creeks there and played them both I couldn't tell one from another and I tried but he's that consistent they were identical. Have blessed Sunday Breck
