I am the proud owner of a 3 month old Hatfield Buck Creek banjo which is wearing one of Arthur's compensated bridges. The intonation is real good with this bridge but was wondering if anyone had one of Arthur's compensated bridges originally on their Hatfield banjo, tried a regular standard bridge, and what the results were? I have several brands of bridges I could swap out, and one coming, just wondering what the results were as far as compensation with the standard bridge? Know tone might change but tone is subjective so not really interested in what bridge swap did for tone. Thanks all.
