my celebrity was born 12/2/15, (#57). what a monster.

i was so wired/hyped the day i was sitting on the stupid grin stool. i just plain couldn't pick the thing, (i was so embarrassed) its a once in a lifetime banjo for me. i kept asking arthur to play it for me - i just couldn't - "get er done".

i do hope arthur has some inkling of what joy he brings to all of us. truely a gifted gentleman and craftsman.

	barbbanjo says: 12/13/2015 11:07:25 PM I suppose there is no way Arthur can ever know the joy we all have owning one of his banjos and I'm sure there's no way he can know how many people have enjoyed the music he makes possible. I live in the original farmhouse on some property that is now surrounded by a housing complex. Before all the houses came, I sat on my front porch and enjoyed playing for the birds. Now there are 100 homes within sight of our little 100 year old house. But since I refused to quit playing on my porch, no one has moved out yet. In fact cars go by or people walk by and tell me it sounds great and to keep on playing. So, Arthur, thanks for my Celebrity from me and my neighbors.

	barbbanjo says: 2/24/2016 7:28:06 PM I love my gold Celebrity. It just gets better and better as the months go by. I got mine in Nov. 2014. At first I had some trouble getting it to stay in tune, as is usual when you have a new instrument or change strings, but it seemed to go on for a longer than usual amount of time. But eventually she "settled in" just like Arthur told me she would. I can't say enough good things about Arthur and Bev and my Celebrity. Love all 3.
