I hope to pick up my new Buck Creek first week in Sept. I have a Morgan Monroe and a Gibson Scruggs Standard. The Morgan Monroe neck feels better to me and the Gibson sounds better so I am hoping this new banjo will combine both those qualities in one banjo

There is certainly no buyers remorse here. I haven't played it enough to give a good comparison of it and my Gibson but I will say it certainly holds its own and actually I like the neck on the Hatfield better.
