I just put a check in the mail to Arthur to hold my new Buckcreek, or whatever I play up there that I like best.. . I could've just had it shipped down to Louisiana but I'm hearing too many really good things about the visits down Burton Ridge Road so, I'm driving up with my fiance. Trouble is, I can't make it up till the weekend of November 12. :( Pins and needles here. We're going to make a vacation out of it. My fiance loves Elvis so we'll leave Thursday evening and do BBQ and Grace land all day Friday...(Like she needs to see it for a 6th time)...but I love her yes I do. We'll drive Friday night to somewhere around Glasgow, spend the night and go see Arthur Saturday morning. We get a special treat with his band playing a nursing home that Saturday afternoon.. With a little coaxing I'll get him to use my new banjo on a tune for me :) (talk about your ultimate demo). Whats the chance of sitting in with the man himself!!! pinch me!! Then we'll leave there and spend the night and next day in Nashville and see whats happening there. Nothing at Station Inn according to the web site....darn! but we'll find something...If any locals know of something going on in Nashville Sunday Nov 13th, gimme a shout...thanks!!!

You tell Bev and Arthur that I said howdy and you enjoy your visit. It will be a life long memory for sure. Pick em all now, you may like this one or that one and by the time you change a bridge or two, who knows what you will take home.
