Hey folks, Jr Williams here! I picked up my new CUSTOM 5 Arthur built for me on Friday at a festival in Bardstown Ky. It has NO tone ring! I asked him to build a 5 for me with just a brass hoop, and let me tell you, it's AWESOME! The more I play it, the meaner it sounds! If you're in the Lexington Ky area, Newtown will be at the Festival of the Bluegrass on Thursday and Saturday nights! Come out, see us, and pick my 5 and tell me what you think. Thanks Arthur for such a great banjo... you're AWESOME!
