Hello to the group from North Carolina. Currently own a inexpensive banjo i've started to learn clawhammer on. It is fretted and i've now purchased another which was handmade and is fretless. It was made by Brian Parr in Iowa. I have a little experience with fretless as i dabble with my violins. Since finding this forum, i have learned that being persistant should be my key to learning clawhammer . At 68yo and thankful for every day, i look forward to learning the banjo. Oh, the banjo in my profile pic is my Brian Parr which should arrive next week.
Hammer on, Johnny
