I want to take a moment and sincerely thank all of my current students and past alumni for their support and participation in this group started by Jay.

One thing we all have in common is the love and appreciation for the music and performance of the first generation pioneers like Earl, J.D. and Sonny. I always said, " I'm one of their biggest fans!" Sharing and comparing ideas and technique is true learning, and if this group enables students to learn it faster, and get a better understanding of the banjo, then it's my pleasure to endorse it too!

You are the best, and you make learning this thing called Bluegrass Banjo challenging, fun and extremely rewarding. Thanks for chiming in, you have just raised the status of this group to a new level!
