I am lucky enough to have one of each. There are plenty of other good brands still out there. Mine are no longer made, but I kinda feel good about that. Go your own way, play the axe you feel connected to.

	LGriff6250 says: 5/24/2014 7:58:59 AM Yes, my friend Waldo. I tried like 20 different banjos at a shop in Kentucky a number of years ago, and I just kept coming back to this one. I would go play others for comparison, and this one just spoke to me, felt and sounded right. It called my name and I bought it, no regrets. You can buy from a catalog, but there's nothing like getting up close and personal.
