I have had a 1980 Deering Intermediate for a little under 4 weeks this coming Wednesday, and it is a wonderful banjo. My good friend Brent Entz, who also owns a higher-end Deering, did the setup on my banjo just last Friday. Now it is easier than ever to play, and an amazing instrument.
Brent said, "You can't go wrong with a Deering," and he sure was right.
