Hello all, just a quick note on joining the group. I am a long time Deering fan having owned a Basic model back in the 90's then a Golden Era in the 2000's and back once again with a John Hartfor model. Happy to be among the Deering faithful once again. Phil

	psikes says: 4/25/2015 5:42:20 PM Will do as soon as itarrives Ed. I think I got lucky on this one. A 1996 with John Hartford inlaid on the headstock. It looks great and just had the frets dressed. Can't wait for this one to arrive.

	Hankster2 says: 5/19/2015 6:16:37 PM I also just recently acquired a Deering many years after I sold my Golden Era. Bought a sweet Tenbrooks at the recent friends and family sale at the factory. Really enjoy playing it - unique tone compared to my other banjos (Nechville, Ome, Stelling, Smith). Different than the Golden Era.
