Hi Guys, After struggling on my banjo Learning Journey for 3 years , playing very inexpensive Asian Made Banjos I have finally taken the Plunge and Bought a Deering Goodtime Open Back, It's an Older Used "Gumby Head" in excellent shape. Well I am simply thrilled with My Deering and look forward to learning as much as possible about them from everyone here. Have to say, Graduating from Cheapo Asian Banjos to a Deering. has been like Graduating from Driving a VW Beetle to a Cadillac, Amazing!!!!

On another Note, You should be proud that you "Stuck it Out" on the Cheapo, that shows your true determination to learn. BTW, Great Pic! I started out my Music Journey on a Accordion Too!
