Last night, my "first" public outing for my Golden Era after purchase four months ago. While my playing was not up to par for me - when is it ever, I wanted to share some comments as it may help others who are sitting on the fence with an "upgrade" purchase:
"I know nothing about banjo music, but that banjo has such a rich tone and sounds beautiful, thank you."
"You old banjo, I was not able to hear with my hearing aids in - were you playing :air banjo"? - I definately heard you tonight - no problem!"
"You are playing with more confidence and I can see in your eyes that you are comfortable and having a good time - keep it up"
I say to my "fans" thank you for the confidence. I will keep working at it so that I CAN SHARE my music with all of you.
