I have been covered up for a long time...I have not been playing much banjo until the last few days when I started trying to learn "It's time to talk to Joseph", by Tim O'Brian and Darrel Scott..

Mostly I have been building Jo's and have built 14 or so and every time I get finished with one, some body buys it from me..I have also been picked up by a new band east of Cincinnati called "East Fork Junction", and between the two I have been very busy...I play Fiddle & Dobro for them and have been having a great time.. They Play Progressively and some traditional as well so I like their mix...

Anyway I have found that I do not care to spend all of my time ankle deep in sawdust, and if I had of wanted another job I would have kept the one I had...So, I cleaned up my office and set up my recording stuff in it..It has been so long since I have used my digital 8-track that I will have to learn over again...

Donna & I have decided to start playing Folk music again and so we will begin doing some recording...So my banjo gets dusted off again. There are an awful lot of Cafe's and Coffee Houses in our area that use live entertainment and we are going to get back into it...Most of them cannot afford a whole band but will pay enough for two or three pieces. I have not done this since the late 60's, but Donna & I have played an awful lot in churches around our area..

We intend to start with a Demo and as we complete something that is Banjo related I will post it...:-)
