My Lonestar Deluxe (cherry rim and neck) and I have been getting to know each other; a very satisfying friendship. This banjo does half the work for me -- easy to play, forgiving, soul-full, and its energy seems to pour right through my heart. We played out tonight for the first time and, in the process, got to know each other better. How did I get so lucky?

	bobclawhammerjammer says: 2/4/2015 11:22:45 AM Hey Porchgirl....I don't think you got lucky...I think you made the right decision to buy a model from Chuck. Playability is everything! I have a Glen Rose model- some four + years young bought new- it gets better with age if that's possible to improve on perfection. "Rose" just has the beautiful angel on the peghead and sounds like heaven with the cherry rim, maple neck & whyte Laydie Tone Ring- best money I ever spent and Chuck is one hell of great guy. "Rose" almost plays herself.......best of luck and I'm always looking for new friends. Bob Chamberlin
